The new Service Center will consolidate Utilities and Environmental Services, Transportation, and General Services Departments. The new facility will be completed in two phases: Phase 1 includes Utilities and Environmental Services, Transportation field offices, Shops, and Warehouse spaces. Phase 2 entails the build out of General Service’s offices and shops on the west side of the property.

MDG was selected as a key member of the Jacobs Engineering Design Team to provide comprehensive programming, planning, and design services for the new Service Center at the Luther Peterson Complex. This consolidation of functions onto a single site will provide the City will safe, efficient, and adequate facilities for the foreseeable future.
