To accommodate the growth, the City of Santa Rosa identified the need to construct a new Utilities Office and Storage Facility for maintenance and storage of vehicles and equipment. Maintenance Design Group was hired by the City to master plan the West College site. In Phase I of the project, the yard and storage areas were constructed. Phase II of the project included the design and construction the vehicle parking areas and truck wash building. Phase III included the maintenance shop and operations/support areas. Maintenance Design Group also provided equipment selection and specification and facility functional design.
