Jonesboro Economical Transportation System Multi-Modal Central Transfer Facility

The City of Jonesboro wishes to construct a new Multi-Modal Central Transfer Facility in order to serve Jonesboro Economical Transportation System (JETS) in the transfer of public transit riders in its system as well as perform as a facility to promote regional public transportation through allowing public transit systems to board/de-board passengers. The new facility will include a passenger waiting room, restrooms, a driver break room, and covered passenger loading and unloading areas. The facility is designed to accommodate for future growth.

As part of a comprehensive design team, MDG provided programming and data collection services along with conceptual design development through the utilization of the dynamic charrette process. MDG will use the data collected to address all functional areas of the facility and develop space program requirements.
